My daughter cornered me this morning. I was to tired to resist and fight.

They will match your new shoes that you were given for Christmas. You are now all set for 2015.

Boootifull,... Could start a whole new trend
LOL!
I remember once being similarly cornered by a young lassie too.
Wasn't my own(she's not into 'dressups', thankfully), but a daughter of a friend.
Had no choice but to succumb to such indignation, so as to not offend her mum.
I politely explained to the young make up artist to be that as I'd just hurt my finger in an accident it may be best to graffiti my toes instead.
She was thrilled and my embarrassment was limited to those moments when open footwear was called for.
I believe God got it wrong when he designed the mold for young females. He should have used a 10 finger and toe design per extremity.
I'm sure that having 20 of each, finger and toe nails, to play with would be more than sufficient till they grow out of it.
ps. for future reference .. resistance is futile, if you know what's good for 'ya!
(just have a bottle of nail polish remover/acetone handy, which also comes in handy for hamfisted applications of superglue)
I have to say I have had a lot more females than usual commenting on my nails. Not sure if that's a good thing but it tends to happen when you head out to the shops and forget that you're wearing nail polish. It follows on from a trip to the office I did last year where I had a whole lot of Dora clips in my hair that my daughter had put there and I had forgotten to remove.
