perhaps call the load and go phone number on the card and enquire about it?

the short story of a very long one is got onto Heritage Bank they escalated the problem to Aust Post received phone call from a manager of AP friday night and money was placed onto the card 12:15 sat morning.Thanks goes to Chris Moxey manager at Aust Post.Now to go NZ and take some pics

problem with the computer (yeh right)
Of course!
Its always the computer, i once had a builder not pay me for 6 weeks because his comp was down.... and it printed out the checks.... go figure !!!!
