Can anyone tell me what bird is singing

Terrible iPhone video sorry.
This little bird sings to me each morning for a few hours. I would love to know what it is. I thought a Willy Wag Tail at first but his legs and shorter and he seems fatter.
Could it be a Hooded Robin

Jane I am not having any problems seeing your video though its hard to ID it being black and white looks like a Willy Wagtail though that does not mean I am right
