"The gift of memories": ABC - AP Member MarkChap

ABC have done a segment on Heartfelt

Heartfelt is a volunteer organisation of professional photographers from all over Australia dedicated to giving the gift of photographic memories to families that have experienced stillbirths, premature births, or have children with serious and terminal illnesses.

Our very own Mark Chapman is interviewed

From Ausphotography, we say thank you Mark for the service you provide, along with all the other Heartfelt photographers

Incredible stuff. I saw the exhibition a couple of years back and at that point I knew it was something I would have loved to do, but I don't think I'd ever be strong enough to do it. Just reading through gallery of stories on the heartfelt site had me in tears and I spent half an hour cuddling with my two girls. They must have thought I was mad.

Thanks for the amazing effort you guys and girls put into this incredibly difficult cause. I think it's easy to be there for those happy moments in life, but being there for the difficult moments and having to strength to remain focused and keep your composure long enough to capture them correctly must be extremely hard.
