    Archiving messages

    Hi,

I received an automated message saying that my Inbox is almost full and i should either delete or archive them.

Does "archive" mean saving them to my own PC, or is there an archiving facility built in somewhere that I can't see?

    There is a download facility...

Just select the messages and use the button at the bottom of the list

Thanks for that. If I move them to another folder does that still count as space used?

The quota is for all folders, moving won't change the limit
