Anyone taking photos of the Occultation of Saturn by the Moon?

Tonight I tried to capture the Occultation of Saturn by the Moon.
I was very hard at 1600mm on a reflex mirror lens, F11 and manual focus
    (800mm lens and a doubler)

I wish I had my 8" Scope setup but I made do. Still it was cool to watch.

Anyone got some better images to look at ?

It was hard to see Saturn as the moon was so bright and over exposes. The object was far away and moved form the field of view very quickly.
Hard to focus (manual focus on a moving object) and had to let my eyes adjust to the dark.

For all that pass by this way, here is some info.

    Saturn passes behind the moon.

"*Occultation of Saturn by the Moon- 14th May, 2014*

"Roughly speaking the event will be visible south of a line drawn from the Sunshine Coast north of Brisbane to where the border of Western Australia and Northern Territory meet the Timor Sea. From north of this line the planet will appear very close to the moon. The brightness of the Moon will overwhelm Saturn's satellites with the exception of Titan which will be occulted approximately 5 to 11 minutes before the planet itself, depending on your location. From Western Australia the occultation begins just before the end of astronomical twilight."

This is the second of three occultation events this year of Saturn for Australia, with the next one due on the 4th of August. It's been over 10 years since Australia saw an occultation of Saturn by the Moon, so, why so many this year after so long? It's all nicely explained in the ABC link here: http://ab.co/1iFjvE1"

No apologies needed. regardless, it is good to be taking a different style of photo and getting exposure for the subject. It might mean one day I will find someone local whom will go out at night and take photos
