Sydney to Jindabyne in mid-June

Am flying to Sydney in mid-June, and going on a short road trip from Sydney to Jindabyne and back, over 3D2N.
Any interesting shooting locations to recommend?

Things I like:
1) Waterfalls
2) Interesting architecture/interiors
3) Striking landscapes (rock formations, etc)

I would recommend a stop in Moreton National Park in the Southern Highlands (just south of Sydney). Some really nice lookouts there.

I've done that trip a few times from Newcastle, but usually take 6 or more days. I like having some spare time in between driving... I also like taking the back roads!
