Just got some Lee nd grads recently, and saw this on youtube. So interesting and I can see why they are expensive. Enjoy
Cheers

How much more work would be involved for the circular filters if thats how long it takes to just make those.

Not sure about the Lee circular polarizer. Mine here has Japan on it, so must be from a more specialist manufacturer maybe?? Dont know

Yeah good video... i have a full set of soft nd grads, a hard grad and a couple of nd's as well as a CPL and Big Stopper.... I look at that collection and think.... Geez there is a lot of manual labour here!!
Also, the Big Stopper is like currency. They are so rare they fluctuate in price according to availability!!
I do think however, Lee have recently made some process improvements which has allowed them to double the volumes they are able to produce in the same time frames.

Rick, Will be taking some as soon as I get a day off work, and the weather fines up here
I have the LEE ND grads, the CPL and the Big Stopper.
The latter two are indispensable, sometimes together, sometimes apart.
The grads have only ever been used once that I can recall. With low noise, bracketing etc these days I find the use of ND grads unnecessary and have not needed to use them. Some however, will argue otherwise and have had good experience with them though.
