Once you watch it, replay it and look at the highest point of the mountain right near the start of the video and you will see the rock come loose after which it descends to the roadway,
What a frightening thing to happen and watch , so glad that rock stopped especially after falling from that height!
Saw it on FB - what a cracker. They were amazingly lucky.
