    Tassie here we come!

I am officially excited! I just had a call from the agent that our bid on this house has been accepted and we will be moving to Tassie - hopefully before the end of the year!

It is small but gorgeous and has a 'cabin' with ensuite in the garden, a greenhouse, a netted area with raspberries etc, an area for chooks, solar panels and lots more.

I'm so excited! If we net the deck it will be lovely for us and the cats to share, and I'll set up a garden cattery for them too.

That's why I'm glad we've got 9 months if we need it. Not to mention the joys of bringing 5 cats!

Not sure if the same over there Odille, but in Tassie all cats and dogs must be microchipped. So if yours are not, might be worth looking into before you get here as well.

Been considering a seachange to Tas. One of our cats is so old his microchip is an IBM 360.

Olympus Pen F with Metabones Speed Booster and Laowa 12mm f/2.8 or Voigtlander 10.5mm f/0.95 or Nikon D800 with the Laowa 12mm f/2.8. The need to keep in touch with the past is a Nikon Photomic FTn or Nikon F2A and a Nikkor 25-50mm f/4 AI

How exciting for you and Warwick, congratulations.
Now you won't have to worry about trying to fit in another "autumn in New England trip", as by next autumn the colour will be a lot closer to you.

What a fantastic looking home and location although I think the real estate agent has picked the worst (as in photography) image for their advert..

Agreed, Duane, it could have looked so much better! But hey, glad he did. And on the open day when I was there it was the day of high wind so hardly anyone came. Lucky for me!
