    Plug ins

Have had a bit of a spend up on software recently. Firstly I purchased the Nik software package and have been enjoying it in Elements. Then I purchased CS6 - another steep learning curve but have to keep the grey matter challenged. I assumed the plug ins would automatically show up on this as well but they haven't. What do I need to do to get them into the new program? Please remember I'm old and technology challenged when giving advice.

You may just need to reinstall the Nik software. The installer will add the plugins into Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. - but only if those programs are installed at the time of the Nik installation. There may be a manual method, but I'd try running the Nik setup again first.

yep, reinstall. When they install they 'locate' compatible software on the computer and install for those applications. As PS was not on your computer at the original time of installation, they will not appear till re reinstall them
