Earlier, I had a lament about the shenannigins of Adobe Reader X. See here.
It would MOSTLY ONLY show blank grey screens when opening PDFs.
Yes, and now nearly 2 months later I am only using FOXIT Reader.
It has had NO problems at all handling any PDF thrown my way. I say "only" using it, but I still had Adobe R X installed - and roundly ignored - but it just
started to signal an update available. I updated it all right!
Tar to whoever put me onto it.
