    WAHHH!

That horrible word is there masquerading as a photographic meaning again.

Yes, this one: "Composure" (Wish I had double strike-though.)

Have we forgotten Analog's thread with its PROPER meaning?

Oh, please relegate it to the trash-bin of photography, and if you don't believe me here's what Messrs Merriam-Webster (inter alia) say
    from that same source:

    Definition of COMPOSURE

: a calmness or repose especially of mind, bearing, or appearance : self-possession

Composure applies as equally in photographic circles as it does in every other aspect of life..

The photographer was hassled by 2 doz security officers over the capture of an image of a dustbin at a bus stop during the presidential parade through the streets of Suggan Buggan(Vic).
Even though she was thrown to the floor, repeatedly beaten and subsequently held in custody for 12months at Guantanamo Bay she maintained her composure as a proud photographer unwilling to give up her right to photograph dustbins.

in this day and age, the concept of keeping cool under duress may be something the average photographer may be a requirement.
