Hi all,
i was told there are plenty of good free image recovery software's out there but I can't find any for the life of me they all seem to charge you when it comes to actually viewing them.
Any ideas??
Thanks.

sandisk make one, they usually supply it for free when you buy a memory card. It's called Rescue Pro.

Give Undelete Plus a whirl. It comes as a free (and cut-down) version, but it does work.
CC, Image editing OK.
Rescue Pro is free for only 12 months now. Beyond that you have to pay again. It was only free with their Extreme Cards too. Of course mine ran out before I REALLY needed it.
Got some more free software with a new LEXAR card, and apparently it is not restricted to 12 months - at the moment. If you want software for recovery of data from hard drives, and you can't find any freebies, try Handy Recovery from Soft Logica. It was around $50 when I bought my copy years ago, and still works well.
