What's the best bag option for a long telephoto lens

Hi,

I have just purchased a Sigma 150-500, and the shear size of this lens when the body is attached just wont fit into my lowepro fastpack 250.
I have checked out other lowepro bags on the internet but I dont think it with fit.
Toploader Pro AW 75 is only 11.5" long
The length of the lens is 300mm (12"), and then I need to add the body.

Want bag is everyone using when carrying a large telephoto lens and attached body.
When I use this lens I don't think that I will be requiring a lot of other space for addition lens, flashes etc...

I use the lowpro Computrekker for lugging my 70-200 around. has way too much room and ends up getting way to heavy to be useful.

I have a Vanguard Quovio 44, fits a 50 - 500 with body attached. Its the orange bag in this pic.

I've got a Lowepro Flipside 500 AW Backpack which was built for a 500mm lens but you could get away with the 400 or even 300 according to posts I have read when reviewing bags before I bought this one.

I've got a Lowepro Flipside 500 AW Backpack which was built for a 500mm lens but you could get away with the 400 or even 300 according to posts I have read when reviewing bags before I bought this one.

Since the computrekker gets too heavy with the laptop chargers and all the other bits and bobs that don't always get used, I use the Flipside 200 as my day pack. If you set it up right, you can fit the 70-200 2.8 and 2 other lenses in it.

I always feel more secure with the flipside as it's impossible for anyone with sticky fingers (even very experienced sticky fingers) to get anything from your pack without you knowing about it since they open on the "flipside"

I have just investigated the Flipside 400AW. What a great bag. The only thing that I don't like is no side access. This would be handy if Im not using the big lens and are doing point and shoot style.
That's why I bought the Fastpak 300.
I have also looked at the Vanguard Up-Rise 48. It offers both styles of bag access.
