It's a long shot, but it may be worth giving these two shops in Dubbo a phone call in the morning. Country Cash & Trade, 6884 0133 and Mega Star, 6884 2608. They'd be the closest pawn type shops to you.
What a pain in the arse.

That's bad news. I'd keep your eyes on ebay and gumtree, thieves are pretty stupid so you never know your luck.
Gutwrenching stuff mate, sorry to read the news. Touching on the idea of someone in the know ("close to home") so to speak, it seems more convenient than coincidental to happen within the hour timeframe. Hope you get the help you need and all sorted sooner rather than later.

I hope they catch the B*****d Very sorry to hear this distressing news Jim, I feel for you.
Keith.
Very sorry to hear of your misfortune. I do know how you feel, as I had a lot of equipment stolen over twelve months ago and I still feel sick in the stomach when I think about it. I was taking a long hard look at my friends and those around me. I guess I will never know the truth. I hope you will not be without a camera for too long.
