It's a shocker all right and, as you pointed out, the victim is likely to be entitled to compensation. Thank goodness the poor man didn't suffer a more adverse reaction, cheers Deb

You have to remember the police can only go on PC-correct identifiers like pale skin and average build or of dark complexion and two could be coffee...ummm.....brown.....ummmm darker eyes!
