    Clifton Gardens AP xmas meet

The AP xmas meet in Clifton Gardens was a great get-together and a lovely end to the year.

    Some more Clifton Gardens shots...

#1 - ah the hazards of getting together with photographers...

Olympus Pen F with Metabones Speed Booster and Laowa 12mm f/2.8 or Voigtlander 10.5mm f/0.95 or Nikon D800 with the Laowa 12mm f/2.8. The need to keep in touch with the past is a Nikon Photomic FTn or Nikon F2A and a Nikkor 25-50mm f/4 AI

We used various light sources. These ones were wand like cold lights and Christmas decoration LEDs. The flame is from some cheap hair spray which has been lit.

These were with the Olympus OM-D. I didn't have the dark frame noise reduction on so there is a little more noise that I would have liked. This was really my first use of the camera and I was quite pleased.

I love #2 it looks like the girl is actually creating the light herself and being a little blurry adds to the effect, it looks like she's just appeared from another world. A little magical

The other ones, by comparison, look posed. They still look good technically but it really shows what a great job you've done with #2.

    Cheers,
    Daniel

    Great shots Peter.
Mr Felix is nice and sharp. I had a lot of trouble getting the person in focus.
We will definately have to do another light painting meet !!
