We were up at Lyndoch hill a week ago.
There are 30,000 rose plants, a surfeit of birdlife and a plethora of landscape vistas!
So the next SA meet will be on Sunday 11th November at http://www.lyndochhill.com/garden.html meeting at around 3:00pm
The roses should be in full bloom according to the local staff.
I'm inviting the TTG camera club to this event as well.

Paul and I were excited until we read the date .... what bad luck we will be away that weekend. It would have been good to meet everyone.

Next time we'll try for something in the Southern areas, maybe Goolwa/Victor etc.
That would be great. I know you did the Whales and Mt Barker before, but hopefully I WILL be able to get the a Southern one next time.

Lots of shade, so the warm weather wont be an issue
Probably park around by the Chateau is best
I'm still going - trying not to be a big chicken and stay home cause I don't know anyone :-)
I don't know anyone either so same for me, it'll be fine!
