National Geographic - annual photography prize

    http://www.news.com.au/travel/news/e...-1226482448239

KNOWN for its iconic imagery of both the natural and man-made elements of our planet, National Geographic has released a selection of images from the annual photography prize which attracts more than 20,000 entries annually.

With competition heating up between the entries the magazine has released its Editors Pick selections for the hotly contested US$10,000 ($9620) prize.

The winner also receives a trip to Washington DC, to participate in the annual National Geographic Photography Seminar.

Thanks for that Kym. As usual some great photos. Nat Geo seem to have a style all of their own.
