    I love my 5D3.
All my photos are taken with recycled pixels.

Congrats, im not far off purchasing this camera myself. Quick question, after reading your previous thread about grey import, did you go with this option? If so what was your experience?

i ended up going with AU stock from ryda dot com. and there prices have since dropped $350

they are now priced at $3400 which is damn cheap for aussie stock

I would love a 5DIII! That ISO capability would be a bit like upgrading all my lenses to 'IS' in one purchase!

I've just ordered my 5d mk3, it should be here in hopefully 1 week, I can't wait. I've wanted ff for a long time and I'm upgrading from a 400d so I should notice a big difference. I've also ordered a 24-70 f2.8, so I'm getting really excited now as I've been saving for a long time.

Hi did you order 24-70 2.8 version 1 or 2? I am wondering if the price justifies the improvement they've made.

I bought version 2, I've never used a version 1 model so it'll be a bit hard to compare.
