    Another short tutorial on post processing stars (one of many ways to do it!)

    Daniel, it would work reasonably for star trails only if you wanted fat looking trails!

    How much ambient light was around for this, ie did you have to get far out of the city to see that much in the sky?

    for that shot, I was 50km south of the CBD at Myponga beach - a small holiday home settlement - pretty much pitch black at night with adelaide's glow in the opposite direction to where I was shooting
