Go to Forums>post processing and advice>photoshop tutorials on this site as a start - its about the third group from the top in Forums.

Im not sure there is a one stop shop link... If there is Id like it too. What there is however is a wealth of invaluable knowledge posted around here and also an infinate amount more embedded in the guru members here.
Start by looking in the areas suggested above and also at the hint & tips segments and also through the new to photography sections.
Sorry I cant be much help, Im very green in the processing department also.

Welcome to AP, We have some tutorials on this site as directed above, but youtube is a good source, as are Scott Kelby books.
