canon 5dmk 2, some lenses, a couple of sticks to hold them up, a thing that make sun at night, and a sense of adventure
I have used (ordinary, humble, old) plastic bags for this. I may suggest chucking in a silica gel pack or two for good measure (though I didn't).
And anyway, it'd be better than tossing them into the sand.

Ed to add: I have put whole camera zip bags into plastic bags when windy as the fine sand can blow about. I will also see what the William and his like say about this.
