    Camera repair

    Hi All,

My D700 coupled with the 24-70 went for a dip in the water at Empress Falls last weekend. At first I thought only the lens would be damaged, because I was able to continue shooting with another lens. However a few days later the camera no longer powers up.

Is there any places you can recommend me taking the camera and lens in for them to have a look at and see if they can do anything about it?

    I'm based in Sydney
    Regards,
    Phil

Why don't u put it in a dry box for weeks first, with batteries out? Guess some components on the pcb's are dead, now. Costly repair it will be.
