how to darken viens in flower like pic shown

can someone please advise how to darken the veins and outline of a flower as similar to the above image. thjanks Denise

It's most definitely done in post, not sure what software they would have used to do this, but it almost looks like they've used a draw/freehand type of filter and played around with it.

If you're using photoshop, head into the filters section and have a play around. I personally don't like the look of it, but that's a good place to start.
