Wonder how many people buy their cameras online?
Can't buy the highest scorer in Mudgee unless I go online!

If you read the article it was based on >8,100 buyers, so it would seem to be statistically sound.

I have no doubt that it's statistically sound (for people who buy online) and that Pentax users are 1.23 % happier than Canon users.
Think also that we should all be happy we have pretty good cameras available these days, almost regardless of brand.

Its surprising to see Nikon and Canon that far apart.

Tongue in cheek, another way to look @ it.

    Canon is the Industry average!!!.

But seriously these kinds of reports are meaningless.

Going by their own words in the image above --- " Rankings are based on numerical scores, and not necessarily on statistical significance " --- which makes me think that the only way it would be a sound survey is if they interviewed 1,000 owners of each brand and presented the figures for each category that they score. The "categories" are somewhat of a funny kettle of fish as well, hovering a cursor over each in the table shows that the questions asked relate very much more to compact cameras than a DSLR in some cases. That is borne out by the fact that they have included Panasonic as one of the brands so unless I missed something and Panasonic slipped a DSLR under the radar and on to the market recently I regard this "survey" as meaningless. After all it is done by Americans asking Americans questions, some of those have probably been part of surveys done by that company previously and responded that they thought that their Chevrolet was a "good" car.

Nikon, Fuji, Nikkor, Sigma, Tamron, Tokina and too many other bits and pieces to list.
