I just placed an order, and after clicking submit, did not receive confirmation of my order by email or on screen, it simply flicked back to the main screen. No error messages either.
Is this normal? Does this mean I have placed an order, or not? (did it happen when you ordered from them?)
I need to know if I need to place a new order or not! I've emailed them, but thought I'd check here to, in case anyone knows.
