Umm just a quick lick of paint and she'll be good as new, though I am sorry to say I thinkl there is a little lens distortion happening there, the house looks a little sunken, and that surely can't be the house- can it?

I can't wait til you buy it and work miracles, good luck............

LOL. I wouldn't even walk in there to start work. And it's for sale apparently. Want to be pretty keen to buy it.

Yes, I think a little more than Photoshop is needed here to adjust the distortion.

I'd buy it. But it has one those mongrel trees out the front that has roots that lift up footpaths, get into the drainage systems, and drops bloody heaps of leaves in the winter.
And I bet the local council won't let me cut it down, even if I have a professional chainsaw & ticket.

yes it is and I agree with Geoff, they're mongrels.
We have one 5 meters from our house (that plays havoc with my sinus) and it will eventually play havoc with our house, but my better half won't listen. "It gives us so much shade in summer." mmmmmmm
