My first photogrphic sale, Advice Please!!!!

I have recently been aproached by a local distillery owner who is interested in buying half a dozen framed prints of mine. He has offered to buy the units and then sell them himself or to sell them on consignment. I am confused as to which way would suit me.
I am very time poor at the moment so am thinking that selling the finished products to him would be easier and letting him reorder if the first six units sell well. He has also sugested that I may want to look at making some postcards of some of my images, does anyone have any advice on the best way to go about selling the framed units and also making postcards from my images.

I have acsess to cost price printing where I work and also can get my frames very cheap aswell.

I would expect volume of sales not to be high, so consignment could mean a great price per sale, however you may have to wait before you see any $.

If you sell now, your profits are realised. I would sell rather than consign.
