    There goes the neighbourhood.

Thats what some people might say after seeing the shed that "appeared" on our side fence today but not me, I see it as a ready made industrial grade backdrop for photographing people against. It does catch the evening light well at the moment so all I have to do now is build a full length fence height platform for said subjects to stand upon to be photographed.

Kym, yes, very distinct possibilities but I will simply build a platform about 5m by 2m instead of removing the fence cos then I can photograph from up high, dead on or from way way below.

Rick, the local treated pine supply joint is getting a visit soon.

William, it is one of those "barn" style sheds and the tin has just been thrown up today and not trimmed to the right angles yet.
Or did you mean my photo is crooked? Nah, couldn't be that, must be the way they built the shed.
At least I opened the sliding glass door before I took the shot.

Well, if crying over spilt milk is not your thing - it's not a cow-shed, is it? -, you could shed a tear.
    (I suppose.)

I can feel a new lens coming up!

I feel it in my bones, and it feels quite heavy and with a fairly substantial girth to boot.

I'm seeing a focal length of about 200mm and with an aperture value bigger than f/2.8 too!

.. then again my crystal ball has been playing up for a while now, and been revealing many falsehoods!

Dunno if that will ever happen, the shed owner has two seriously huge great dane dogs and anybody ( and everybody ) that comes into our place knows that they will end up being photographed sooner or later.

Methinks your crystal ball is in about the same state as my credit card Arthur.

Of course, that is my dream lens and my birthday is coming around again -----
