Manual override

Anyone know of an inexpensive compact digital camera that has manual override exposure? And I don't mean just +/- 2 stops which is not enough. Have an old Vivitar 3930 that could set to fully manual but it packed up. I don't care about "extras" like face recognition, or big view screens and all the other stuff. So long as I can set exposures manually and it auto focuses and does 3mp+

It all depends how much you want to spend but as far as i know all entry level DSLR cameras have the manual option and autofocus (when I say all I mean Canon/Nikon/Sony etc).
