Help selecting photos for local show

I'm trying to select some photos to enter into a local show, and this year have thought I would enter my 'street photography' photos.


Any assistance or comments would be very appreciated.


There are 5 classes:
Class 1 - Monochrome Pictorial (excluding people)
Class 2 - Colour or Monochrome People
Class 3 - Colour Prints Pictorial (Excluding people)
Class 4 - Local Town Scapes
Class 5 - Open


Class 1 is proving to be the hardest, which (if any) of these two?

I would say enter the ones that YOU want to. Asking others their views on the photos is fine, but aksing them to select your entries is squibbing out of being responsible for your own photography. You pick your entries! After all, if you do not do very well, then you cannot blame 'those people on AP who told me to enter it'.

Take responsibility and ownership of your photos and pick the ones you want to enter yourself.

Harsh, maybe, but in reality, this is YOUR chance to show YOUR work off, not just the work someone else said was OK to enter.

and I agree with Mark Class 2-2a is the best photo in the set.

You should see me trying to decide what drink to buy at a shop, nightmare!

I take your point about, I was just curious on some comments.

I will sure be able to tell you what drink to shout me, Chaosboi. But like you, I'm hard-pressed to pick any particular 1s too.
