Yep, it's a reliable reference point. You can scroll in to the particular area you're interested in.
Some of my family used it this weekend and decided to stay at home.
I have insights into some emergency services and can tell you this site is generally very up to date.
Damn pain to navigate around. If you try to grab and scroll the map, it screams off across half the country with the tiniest movement.
Looks to be very handy if planning any major travel though. Thanks for the link.
