I can't talk about fisheye and rectilinear projections without using the term a z i m u t h a l - but the damn swear filter won't let me have it, and I don't seem to be able to use ASCII character codes to work around it either. :eek:

should be fixed azimuthal - it was the azi (M U T H A) l : that was causing the issue

We have a word filter on the site that stops people posting strong swear words. Occasionally we see a genuine word blocked by the censor, and when that happens we fix the issue.If you type a swear word like ####er it replaces the letters with the # symbol.

We also do word replacements...

e.g. lense --> lens etc

That is because there is lens singular and lenses plural, but lens-e is not a word,
and many noobs get that wrong, plus Hardly Normal etc. sometimes sell cameras with a twin lense kit - i.e. their marketing dept. don't know grammer :D

Seeing it is an Acronym anyway, you could always use its full wording (urban Legend : Fornication Under Carnal Knowledge OR Fornication Under Consent of the King)
