Hi all,

I currently use photoshelter for my website and commerce. I've sold photos through my site and it seems to work ok for clients and their secure galleries etc, however I'm finding it getting a bit limited for some of the things I want to do.

What other ones do you all recommend? I'm happy to make my own site with my own hosting, and just add on a commerce system for secure client logins, selling landscapes etc.

Can anyone recommend some?

Two Ausphotography site advertisers come to mind

www.onlinegalleries.com.au
www.photomerchant.com.au

I use a program called Photo Cart by picturespro.com. Its a database system that keeps track of registered customers, provides a password protected client viewing portal, image pricing, image packages, digital downloadd, emailing ability, online payment etc etc. Ive been using it for 2 years now without a glitch. I get the occaissional grandmother (no offence to grandmothers (Im a grandfather 6 times over myself)) that has problems with ordering but generally its been painless. Feel free to take a look. http://hama.com.au/clients/ Also happy to discuss further if need be.

Now I have 50 posts:D, I can post that I use Photodeck (http://my.photodeck.com/sheilasmart) which costs $26.00 a month for a "pro" site and they supply a website plus you can link to their pricing via your own website which I have done HERE (http://www.pbase.com/sheila/stock_with_rm_pricing)

You can cancel your subscription at any time. I have yet to sell anything via Photodeck but its a new site so I guess it must be given some time.
