A friend suggested I should enter the Aqueducte comp this year, so I did. They have decided to publish two of my works, but no prize money (sob, sob). I guess you have to be a winner to get that, silver isn't good enough. Still it is a bit of a thrill as this is a top competition. I'll have to try again next year.

I guess so.

You then have to click on the relevant file. For the first that means go down till you find it, for the second, search for my name and it's the first nature photo.

Silver is a great achievement, well done. And your name up in lights too :) I am sure the $$ will follow one day. They are great shots, cute little things.

Thanks guys. The $$ don't really matter, Keith, not that I ever refuse and it makes me feel less guilty about buying gear. The main thing is getting an audience.

Well done Steve - congratulations. Great images and fabulous that you've been recognised for them. Who needs the $$ anyway, eh?! :)
