I am looking for a way or maybe accessory to stabilize tripod in a windy condition for night shot. Any suggestion?

Thank you,

Peter

Hang something heavy from it? I've seen some tripods that have a hook at the bottom for this purpose. If yours doesn't perhaps you could jerry-rig something similar.

Wrap a heavy coat/blanket/towel around the legs

hang a weight from the hook in the center if it has a hook, if not then just tie something to it. remember to keep your center of gravity low.

I have a cable tie on my camera bag (helps to hold the tripod when trekking) and I hang my camera bag on the tripod with it as shown below:

if you are on grass or soft soil you can always nail down some U shape metal at each leg.
