The results are EYE OPENING in terms of low-light noise and dynamic range.

So... how do the AP K-x users find the low light performance on the K-x?

I've never really tested it as such but having said that have had very little noise in any of my shots.
I have never had to use the noise reduction thingy in Lightroom , even when I've taken indoor shots with out using the flash.
Mind you as my only other experience is point and shoot I don't have anything to compare too. :lol2:

Haven't got one yet, but one of the reasons the K-x is in my sights as my first DSLR is because of the low light performance.

Canon EOS 550D vs. Nikon D5000, Pentax K-x and Canon EOS 500D

The real star of this comparison is the Pentax K-x though, which at its default NR setting delivers an impressive amount of detail right up to ISO 12800.
