Hi all
While i was in thailand recently i took a few shots of sunrises/sunsets exposing one for the highlights & one for the shadows with the aim of blending them in photoshop as i didnt have a nd grad with me,the prob is i have never tried this & after reading some tutorials on the web still cant get it right,so was wondering if anyone has tried this & if they know of any good tutorials to help me blend these correctly, seems very hard to achieve great results especially as a lot of the pics were seascapes with little tidal pools .
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
regards brad

hey colin
will look into photomatrix, but have seen good results with photoshop but seems to be very fiddly.
With thailand we went to bangkok, railay in krabi, phuket stayed @ nai harn but hired a scooter & rode around the south such as patong, kata, karon & south of prom thep,we also stayed in koh samui @ bophut & took day trips around samui to lamai,nu muang national park.Definately going back early next year as i get free flights there as of november:th3:
