I'm seeing this image a lot lately, an advertisement for "southern queensland country":

Removed- do not post photos you do not own copyright to, on this website*

http://www.southernqueenslandcountry.com.au/Portals/10/Images/hero-images/sqc-header-1-autumn.jpg

I go to the website and the image is displayed prominently but no information is provided on where this apparently enticing location can be found.

Any idea of this location? Queens Park in Toowoomba, perhaps? I'd like to take the family there for pics one day (maybe next year, I assume it's too late in the season now) but I gotta know where it is first.

It's on the tip of my tongue (no idea, really), but if you can still edit the post, remove the picture and leave just the link,
according to AP rules.

That looks a lot like Queens Park, Toowoomba. In particular 84-86 Margaret Street, use Google street view, there is a park on one side of the street and at that address you can see a path leading into the park, I'm pretty sure this shot was taken up that path. Hope that helps :) Google might not pinpoint that street number, it's opposite the Carousel Restaurant and Park Motor Inn.

I was at Queens Park today, there's a line of trees that looks very similar to the linked image, but not quite the same. I suspect there's some photoshopping to change the background a bit (particularly at the end of the path).

No autumn colour yet, maybe in a couple of weeks, but dunno if I can make it back again so soon.

Here's a shot I took, it looks kinda similar but there's possibly some digital manipulation going on in the promo shot (reversed, etc) :
