I baught a vivitar nd2-1000 from the states on ebay and its the first nd filter I have seen but I see an issue with the tint. Should the filter be FULLY tinted front and back? the one I have purchased the tint does not reach the edge of the glass in a ^ shape from, in clock terms,9 to 12 and 12 to 3 in a wobally/straight line the tint ends on the outside glass, the inner glass is fully tinted.(where it screws onto the lens)hope this makes sense. If not I'll post a pic
