hi im gunna go to the fireworks tnite in sufers , how should i shoot the fireworks , eg. in manual mode , shutter in bulb mode , at f11 . should i use auto or manual focus ?
not sure which lens i should use with my nikon d90 . 35mm f1.8 , or 18 to 55mm kit lens or the 70 to 200 mm kit lens . i assume wider would be better ?

Tripod is essential! You need to stabilise your camera for the duration of the shot.

ISO 200
Shutter speed of between about 1/6 second and say 5 seconds
Aperture, you will probably want it fairly wide open, so try around f4, depending on lens.

If first photos are too dark, increase ISO to 400.

As to which lens, depends on how far from the subjects you are, how much of the surrounded scape you want to include etc.
