View Full Version : Museum-style indoor setting in Brisbane?

For a photography project in Brisbane, I am looking for some indoor space that nicely resembles an old museum. Basically, I need a wide floor space with a backdrop that gives the impression of a classic museum, such as grandiose windows or ornate columns. I have contacted the Old Museum in Fortitude Valley, which would be perfect. However I don't know if they'll allow a photography project, or else whether they would charge too much for the venue hire.

Does anyone know of any other buildings around that I might be able to gain internal access at night for such a project? I'd try some of the old churches about the place, but the only little issue is that my project does require an undressed male model (nothing erotic or smutty).

The photo of Studio 3 4 in the Old Museum would be ideal (see link).
