Hi all

Two issues I wish to cover-

Firstly I have a Canon 5DMkii and am looking at various types of CF Cards that people are using. Currently I have been using the Sandisk Extreme cards. They seem to be fine. I am thing about trying the Lexar Professional 400x CF Cards which are a tad cheaper. I shoot in Raw no video. Do you have any recommendations or expoeriences with various CF cards in this camera?

Secondly i am trying to find out where people are buying their genuine memory cards for a good price. I see a few people recommending CheapChips. Other there any other repuatable online sellers ebay or otherwise that people use that are competaive in price??

I use Cheap Chips, always competitive in their pricing, and if you click through the links on AP, AP gets commission, which helps keep the site online and free for members.

As for cards, Lexar is a well known and reputable brand, I have a couple of Lexar cards and a Lexar card reader, no issues with any of them

Always had top service from Cheap Chips and the only card I have bought from e$ay turned out to be a fake.

I have a Lexar professional and a Sandisk Ultra, can't fault either of them. My only complaint is the speed of my cards, found myself a few times needing a faster card that can keep up. For my next card I will be looking at the 600x as my current ones are a fair bit slower.

Not sure that I can mention stores yet as I don't have 50 posts, but I would consider the one mentioned above or the big shop based in NY...

Cheers
MJ
